November Employee of the Month: Kate Aghjayan

Kate has been employed with us for 3 years as our Daycare Manager in Chicopee. Her attention to detail, knowledge of dog behavior and health, and excellent communication skills with both staff and clients have been invaluable to us. Kate is dependable, trustworthy, and dedicated. This summer was our busiest yet, full of challenges and tribulations. Kate didn’t complain or buckle under the pressure. Instead she rolled up her sleeves and dug in harder to ensure we had a successful year. Even though Daycare is her department to oversee, Kate didn’t hesitate to help out in our Lodging and Grooming Departments when they also needed a hand. Ensuring animal and human safety, and that every dog has only positive experiences while in our care, is the driving force in every decision Kate makes. She perfectly embodies our company’s mission, vision, and core values. Kate’s amazing work ethic and many talents have been a tremendous asset to The Good Dog Spot.We are extremely grateful she is a part of our team and look forward to another great year to come with her leadership!
