September Employee of the Month: Kel Phillips

Kel joined the Chicopee Good Dog Spot team in May of last year. He was hired for his experience in the pet care industry, but his can-do attitude and dedication to ensuring quality care were icing on the cake! Kel is fluent in multiple areas of the business and usually can be found calmly supervising daycare groups, providing structure in our Enhanced daycare program, caring for our overnight guests, or greeting clients who come into our lobby. Kel is reliable, helpful, consistent, and a true team player no matter what area he is assigned to. We are simply thrilled to have him with us and are endlessly grateful for the many ways he contributes to making The Good Dog Spot a safe and enjoyable space for every pet in our care!
