September Employee of the Month: Frances Nazario

Frances joined our grooming department in early May of this year. She started with us as a bather so she could gain experience in an established grooming salon while she finished her schooling to become a certified groomer. During her time here, Frances has been an exemplary employee! She consistently goes above and beyond to help her fellow coworkers when they need a hand. She keeps the mood light with her positive, upbeat attitude. She is a quick study, picking up on our procedures and grooming techniques with ease, while also bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to the table. She is very patient and kind with all the dogs who visit her for grooming and goes above and beyond to ensure they have the best experience possible while they are in her care. Frances recently earned her grooming certification (Congratulations, Frances!) and is starting to take on full grooming appointments for us now! We’re so excited to watch her hone her skills as a groomer and to see all the wonderful things she will do for the dogs in our community!
