January Employee of the Month: Amanda Jacinto

Amanda is the newest rising star of our Chicopee team! It hasn’t quite been a year since she was hired as a Daycare Attendant, but she has already proven to be an invaluable member of our Good Dog Spot family. Amanda is the first to greet everyone with a smile and a kind word in the morning. She is always in a positive mood no matter what stressors the day may bring. Her quiet, calm, patient demeanor elicits immediate trust  and respect from all the pups and fellow teammates she interacts with. She is always willing to jump in and help her fellow coworkers when they need a hand without having to be asked. She is one of the first to arrive in the morning and one of the last to leave. If all that weren’t enough, Amanda has slowly been learning other areas of the business and proving further how much of an asset she is to us. She recently completed her training at the front desk so now all our clients can also interact with her and see how wonderful she is!
