August Employee of the Month: Maddie Wyman

Maddie became part of The Good Dog Spot family in December of 2025. She started as one of our dedicated kennel attendants, caring for all of our overnight dog and cat guests. From day one, she made sure every pet received the exceptional care and attention they deserved. As a quick learner with a strong work ethic, Maddie quickly expanded her role by helping in daycare, where she became a Pet Care Specialist. She also learned the ins and outs of the lobby and is always ready to jump up front whenever an extra hand is needed. Her versatility, reliability, and willingness to take on new challenges make her an invaluable member of our team. Maddie is incredibly thorough in everything she does, always making sure our facility is clean, organized, and ready for the next day. She is the first to lend a helping hand and never hesitates to come in when we need extra support. Her dedication and positive attitude do not go unnoticed. The pups absolutely adore Maddie, and it’s easy to see that she loves them just as much. Her compassion, dependability, and commitment to providing outstanding care make a difference every single day. We truly couldn’t do what we do without her, and we are so grateful to have her as part of The Good Dog Spot family. Congratulations, Maddie, and thank you for everything you do!
