May Employee of the Month: Kerissa Bilski

Kerissa has been employed with us for about 5 months. She first began training to be a bath technician in our grooming department in the Northampton location and proved to be a fast learner. Once her training was completed, she transferred over to our Chicopee location to begin taking clients on her own. Kerissa is very kind, patient, and gentle with all the pets she pampers. She makes sure to give them the spa treatment they deserve when here for a bath appointment with her! Kerissa goes above and beyond to help her fellow coworkers, always has an upbeat attitude, and is very dependable and steady. We are grateful to have such an incredible person as a member of our team!
